Final Warrior Passage Graduation Practice Is Saturday

All boys are encouraged to attend the final practice for the Warrior Passage graduation ceremony. Practice will be held on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Dream Center multipurpose room. Parents/guardians, please work with your boy if he was given a speaking part for graduation. Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 7 at 10 a.m. in the Dream Center Dinner Theater.

>For the graduation ceremony, boys should wear their Warrior Passage T-shirt, dark slacks and dress shoes. If your boy does not have a Warrior Passage T-shirt, please wear a white dress shirt if possible. Mentors should wear their red polo Warrior Passage shirt (a white shirt if you don't have the polo shirt), dark slacks and dress shoes.

>Following graduation, we will take the boys to the Men and Boys Outing at the YMCA's Camp Kanata for fun activities. The boys should prepare to change clothes between graduation and going to the camp. Mentoring programs from across the Raleigh area will be at the outing. There is no cost to go on the trip. We will arrange for bus or van transportation to Camp Kanata. We plan to return to the Dream Center by 6 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your boy is going on the trip to Camp Kanata, please email John Boyette at johnboyjr@bellsouth.net; we need a count on the number of boys who are going with us.

>Tutoring for boys needing help with school work is held every Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. at the Body of Christ Church building (not the Dream Center). All boys are welcome. Please take advantage of this service if your boy is having difficulty in school.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Warrior Passage co-leaders John Boyette, 844-6920 or johnboyjr@bellsouth.net; or Bruce Bean, 606-6988 or brucbn785@aol.com.
